This is a safe place for us all to join in the vulnerable conversations needed to process our emotions, heal and grow.

We are advocates for mental health, finding your own brand of spirituality, finding and using all the tools available to healing trauma and getting grounded, and for being absolutely and authentically YOURSELF.

Fuck people pleasing, fuck societal norms, and fuck not being true to yourself. Life is too short to not live your favorite life.
